CAT&#8217;s fifth annual event is a great chance to learn and practice bike mechanic skills, to make old bikes like new again, and to give back to the community.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal for 2021 is to refurbish 150 bicycles for children ages 3-12.\u00a0\u00a0Volunteer bike build sessions are by sign-up for the following time slots from October 1 through December 30, 2021:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tuesdays 12-4pm<\/li>\n<li>Wednesdays 12-7pm<\/li>\n<li>Thursdays 12-7pm<\/li>\n<li>Saturdays 11am-3pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3234\" src=\"http:\/\/www.lvcat.org\/lvcat\/wp-content\/uploads\/20201223_145843-169x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"169\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.car-free.org\/lvcat\/wp-content\/uploads\/20201223_145843-169x300.jpg 169w, https:\/\/www.car-free.org\/lvcat\/wp-content\/uploads\/20201223_145843-576x1024.jpg 576w, https:\/\/www.car-free.org\/lvcat\/wp-content\/uploads\/20201223_145843-rotated.jpg 675w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 169px) 100vw, 169px\" \/>\n<p>If you are interested to volunteer now through the end of December, please email cat@lvcat.org, or call 610-954-5744. We especially welcome parents in search of a children&#8217;s bicycle to sign up and build a bike yourself.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lvcat.org\/lvcat\/calendar\/\">View t<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lvcat.org\/lvcat\/calendar\/\">he CAT calendar to see scheduled staff mechanics and volunteers<\/a> (click on calendar items for details).<\/p>\n<p>Under COVID precautions, we are limiting each session to five (5) volunteers plus a CAT staff member.
