For these events, we always need mechanic assistants, helmet fitters, on-bike skills course helpers to work with our experienced instructors.<\/li>\n<li>Help adults, teenagers, and families at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvcat.org\/lvcat\/bicycle_cooperative\/\">CAT Bicycle Cooperative<\/a>\u00a0hours held weekly, year-round.<\/li>\n<li>Be part of CAT\/LANta&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lvcat.org\/lvcat\/ride-the-bus\/\">Adopt-a-Bus Stop program<\/a> at a bus stop near your home\/business.<\/li>\n<li>Volunteer with CAT for community and trail cleanups. Or just pick up some trash in your neighborhood&#8230; that&#8217;s the start&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Community members who cannot afford a quality bicycle can participate in our earn-a-bike program by volunteering in exchange for a bicycle that will give them healthy and enjoyable transportation.
