Bike Smart Easton (BSE) will serve the Easton area community with children’s bicycle education programming. Supported through a PennDOT TAP grant that will run from October 2014 through September 2016, BSE wants children to get smart about riding their bicycles, promoting healthy & active lifestyle, traffic safety and social & environmental consciousness.
