The Bethlehem Bicycle Cooperative (BBC) is open for Members and Guests every Thursday from 5-9pm and Saturday from 8AM to 4PM.

First turtles of the year on the Lehigh Canal

Gary Lader and Daniel Lader took a road ride with a certified cycling instructor, learning how to ride from their home to the Lehigh Canal Towpath.  They got a lesson in how to ride on the street and, what’s actually more dangerous, how to ride on the towpath.  10-year old Daniel, says the most important thing he learned was “not to ride around corners where he couldn’t see what was coming.”

Kurt Bresswein brought in Gus (7) and Cyrus (3.5) to have a safety check done on their bikes and receive their FREE HELMETS! CONGRATS!

Gary and Daniel Lader came in to the BBC to go on a ride with Steve to the Tow Path.  Frank is adjusting Daniels brakes on his bike to ensure safety and explaining to Daniel why it is important to have your brakes adjusted right.
