The Bethlehem Bicycle Cooperative (BBC) is open for Members and Guests

Thursdays from 5-9pm and Saturdays from 8AM to 4PM.

Now located at 1935 W. Broad St. in West Bethlehem!

Members use BBC Tools with mechanic assistance:

Dave Trauttman had his bike evaluated by master mechanic Frank Pavlick.

Ian Douglas cleaned his bike.

Steve Schmitt looked his bike over, cleaned his drive train, lubed.  Cleaned the frame a bit.  Come on, it’s Spring!

Frank Pavlick is doing a basic tune-up on the library bike that was returned by Peter & Martha Christine!

Barry shook came in to clean, lube chain- check chain wear and lube cables on his bike!

Ed Kay stopped in to discuss the bicycle counts with lee poole smith to figure out how to sum up all the counts from last year.

Julie Vitale Stopped in to see how the BBC is going so far and how everyone is doing.

Volunteer coordinator is responsible for the report each time the BBC is open. S/he has everyone sign-in, tracks members, registers activities, records class participation, maintains paperwork and takes pictures. If you think you might enjoy this job email Christin@car-free.org today.


Ian Douglas came in for community service again, cut rags, changed our address on literature, picked up litter in the neighborhood, took more Traffic 101, and Basic tune-ups on all Library Bikes with LCI supervision.  Ian Douglas a Community Service volunteer for CAT is doing basic tune-ups on all the Library bikes then having them rechecked by Lee Poole Smith or Scott Slingerland to make sure it is being done properly and correctly to get them ready for the road!

Luis Rodriguez distributed CAT brochures up and down broad street promoting the BBC to our neighbors and businesses.

Ron Teodoro comes in to the BBC every Saturday to clean and make it spotless!
