BARTER BIKE PROGRAM

We recycle more than 50 bicycles directly back into the community each year as part of our barter bike program.  Usually someone buying a used bike from CAT doesn’t use cash, they work off the cost by helping to keep the busiest bus stop in the Lehigh Valley, at Broad & Guetter, clean and safe.  We also use the opportunity to give these new riders, helmets and bicycle safety classes.
