Basic Bike Education in One Hour for children and/or adults

Great for everyone, especially if you are about to buy a bike, about to ride for the first time in a long time, or if you are a parent with a child just learning to ride.

Learn about the helmet, bike fit, types of bikes and the right bike for you and your needs. Learn the essential parts of the bike and what to check before starting any bike ride. Learn or re-learn basic skills on our traffic-free skills course. Learn the basics under the guidance of an experienced instructor. Includes a safety check of your bike.

Fee: FREE to CAT Members or $15/household to non-Members
Offered every: Thursday Evening (5-9) and Saturday all-day (8-4)
