10 to 16-year olds Learning to Ride on the Road
10 to 16-year olds Learning to Ride on Road

Every Thursday evening (5-9PM) and Saturday (8AM-4PM) we have League of American Bicyclists certified Cycling Instructors (LCIs) available to take you and your family for instructional rides.

Cycling research shows the average 10- to 16-year old needs 30 hours of riding with a skilled adult before he or she can safely ride alone on the road. That's why we encourage to keep coming back to ride as often as you want.

During Kids Too rides, you will learn to ride confidently on the road, learn to avoid typical hazards, to ride in the correct lane, the correct lane position and all about traffic law. Includes emergency maneuvers and riding to your favorite destinations.
Fee: $10/household/ride for each of the first 4 rides, then FREE Prerequisite: Basic Bike Education
