Basic Bike Education at the BBC

The 1-hour Basic Bike Education class includes:

Helmet & bike fit, explanation of bike types
How to conduct your own quick safety check of the bike
Hands-on practice of basic skills on a CAR-FREE course

Basic Bike Education is included with CAR-FREE CAT Membership

Special rates for scouts, schools and other groups.

Basic Bike Education classes are offered on Thursdays 5-9PM & Saturdays 8AM-4PM

Bring your bike and helmet. Please call/email ahead if coming with more than 3 cyclists.

Age Requirements: Great for any age and perfect for parents with children.

All classes taught by League of American Bicyclists certified Cycling Instructors.
